Bill Kulczycki has been appointed president and chief executive officer of men's outdoor apparel, headwear and gloves, luggage, accessories and footwear manufacturer C.C. Filson Company. He replaces Doug Williams, who has become chairman of the board and will be based at the company's Seattle, Washington, headquarters.

Mr Kulczycki has spent the last seventeen years at Patagonia in a variety of management roles where, for the last seven years, he has held the position of vice president of business development.
