California-based apparel, footwear and accessories company Mossimo, Inc. has signed a license agreement with Falabella, a South America department store chain. Falabella will exclusively carry Mossimo in their stores in Chile, Argentina and Peru and soon in Columbia.

Mossimo goods available at Falabella stores will include formal and casual men’s and women’s apparel, footwear, accessories, small leather goods, watches and fragrance from spring 2007.

Iconix Brand Group, Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to purchase Mossimo, which is anticipated to close this year.
