Earlier this summer Italian spandex and warp knit manufacturer Fillattice SpA formed a joint venture with Pacific Textile, a leading knit fabric producer in China, in order to better access and service the Asia Pacific swimwear market. The region has seen steady growth for the Italian company and the JV, known as Fillattice Pacific Ltd., and based in Hong Kong, is designed to promote its LinelTEX swimwear fabric produced by the Chinese partner and made with Fillattice’s Linel spandex yarn.
