Technical outdoor footwear soles company Vibram has appointed Paolo Manuzzi as international sales director. Mr Manuzzi, who has been with the company for 13 years, is now in charge of managing and coordinating the European, Japanese and US subsidiaries under the direct responsibility of CEO Ambrogio Merlo.

The appointment is part of Vibram’s entire structural reorganisation, which began in 2003. The overall aim is to maintain the operational autonomy of the subsidiaries within a comprehensive strategic framework defined by headquarters.
