Kellwood Company completes acquisition

US-based apparel and soft goods marketer Kellwood Company has completed the purchase of the assets of CRL Group, LLC, owner of the Vince brand and trademark.
Based in Southern California, Vince is a contemporary women's sportswear collection.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
