The Initial production target is 100,000 pairs and the shoes will be marketed by Bata Pakistan under the brand-name "Dr Mauch".

The two companies were represented by Manfred Everz and Bahadu Virani, while Bata Pakistan was represented by its managing director Anthony Carnecky and Senator Zafar Iqbal represented K. Shoes.
