NGC leads educational session at Apparel Magazine's 2006 tech conference

company New Generation Computing (NGC) has led an educational session at Apparel Magazine’s 2006 Tech Conference. Hosted by the Fashion Institute of Technology, the two-day conference took place in New York City, November 7-9.

The session, led by NGC’s vice president of sales, Fred Isenberg, focused on the challenges and opportunities faced by today's apparel and sewn products companies in design, product development, sourcing and inbound logistics. It explored how today's advanced web IT solutions can help reduce costs, eliminate costly errors, improve efficiency and improve speed to market.

The conference featured keynote speakers and a variety of educational sessions on topics including design and product development; manufacturing; information technology; sourcing, logistics and transportation; and retailing.
