Asics files lawsuits over trademark infringements

Athletic footwear and technical active sports apparel and accessories brand Asics America Corporation (Irvine, California) and Asics Corporation Japan (Kobe, Japan) have filed two separate lawsuits in the US District Court, Central District of California, the first against Target Corporation (Minneapolis) and Mossimo, Inc. (Santa Monica) and the other against Target Corporation, Blue Marlin Corporation (San Francisco) and Roma Atletica S.R.L. Unipersonale (Rome).
