SATRA makes management changes

UK-based research and technology centre SATRA has made two management changes.

Alan Drage has been appointed team head of marketing. Mr Drage joined SATRA straight from school before leaving to work with a large footwear manufacturer. He then worked for Chamberlain Phipps for 20 years, during which time he helped to develop the company’s export business in countries including India, Europe and the Far East. He returned to SATRA in 2000.

Jake Locke, who joined SATRA in 2004 as head of publishing and publicity, has been promoted to the position of business manager. As part of the company’s management team, he is responsible for all aspects of corporate communications to members and clients and to the international press and media.
