RPM acquires Dane special effects colorants business

RPM International Inc., a US holding company with specialty coatings and sealants subsidiaries, has acquired the daylight fluorescent, phosphorescent and thermochromatic pigments business of UK-based The Dane Group. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Located in Manchester, Dane has annual revenues of approximately $20 million (39.4 million). It will operate as a stand-alone business within RPM’s Day-Glo group of companies.
