Interstoff Asia to rebrand from next year

Interstoff Asia will be rebranded as Interstoff Asia Essential from 2007 onwards, with the new name designed to reflect the fair's increased focus on fabrics that are innovative, new to the market, and occupy a niche in the fashion industry.
With a strong emphasis on functional fabrics and eco-textiles, the ‘rebranded’ fair in 2007 will include a number of new initiatives including a special display area, entitled ‘The 21st Century Wardrobe’, which will showcase multi-functional fabrics from leading textile producers from Japan, Korea, Taiwan, France and Italy. There will also be a designated trend area—Eco-Textiles: Fabrics That Care—focusing on fabrics made from natural and environmentally-friendly materials, or produced using environmentally sound processes.
