Mr Peo began his career as an operations systems coordinator at Jaymar-Ruby, Inc. responsible for providing operation system support for its automated cutters and CAD systems. He joined Hughes Aircraft Co. in 1978 as a senior systems engineer and first joined Gerber with the acquisition of the Hughes AM-1 Marking and Grading system in 1980. In 1982 he joined H.H.
