Adidas opens Toronto's first Originals store

Adidas is to open Toronto's first adidas Originals store featuring 'old-school' footwear, retro remakes and edgy street apparel and accessories.

The theme is ‘sport-meets-fashion’ attire and the Original items are marked by the well-known three stripes and the Trefoil logo, introduced in 1972.

After opening Canada's first Originals store in Vancouver, store sales exceeded expectations and Vancouver is currently the second highest-performing adidas store in North America. Overall Originals sales in British Columbia were up by 35% in 2006.
