German chemical company BASF has launched a new Non Iron technology and co-branding programme in
Asia. The new collection was introduced in Bangkok at a fashion show hosted by BASF and Cassardi International Co., Ltd.

The technology is said to provide ease of care and high performance for high-quality cotton shirts, trousers and blouses. It is said to offer comfort and shape retention without ironing.

Paris-based apparel brand Louis Féraud will work with BASF to promote its new shirt collection which incorporates the technology.

The collection is already available in Thailand and will soon be available in other countries including Indonesia and Vietnam.
