Nitches increases net sales by 108%

California-based apparel company Nitches Inc., has reported a 108% increase in its net sales for the year, increasing from $26.3 million in 2005 to $54.8 million in 2006.
The increase was said to have been largely driven by the company's newly acquired Designer Intimates business, as well as sales growth in its women's sleepwear and men's and women's sportswear product lines.
Consolidated net income amounted to $468,000 for the 2006 fiscal year, reversing a loss of $1.2 million the year before.
