Tag-It Pacific, Inc., headquartered in
California, has launched Talon KidZip, a line of zips designed and manufactured specifically to resist certain types of breakage and prevent young children from serious injury and death.

According to the company, the zips are considerably stronger and safer than traditional small-sized zips typically used in children’s garments, and are manufactured with a pull-off strength of up to 50lbs. Tested and certified by three independent laboratories, the zips are lead-free and nickel-free, with no hazardous chemicals in the finishes and dyes. All production is carried out in units that are Oeko-Tex certified, indicating the product is free from harmful substances that could pose a health risk, and are ecologically friendly.
