Aramark to be acquired

US uniform and career apparel and food services company Aramark Corporation and RMK Acquisition Corporation have announced the commencement of financing transactions in connection with the anticipated acquisition of Aramark by an investor group.
The transactions include new senior secured credit facilities, comprising $3.66 billion of term loans and a $600 million revolving credit facility; and $2.270 billion of new senior and senior subordinated unsecured indebtedness, comprising senior fixed rate, senior floating rate and senior subordinated notes.
The acquisition will be effected by the merger of RMK Acquisition Corporation with Aramark.
