Eschler unveils summer 2008 collection

09/01/2007

As part of its summer 2008 collection, Swiss knitwear company Christian Eschler is launching a range of light and robust knits with carbon fibres that are said to provide a permanent anti-bacterial effect. The knits, with elastane, can be used for base layer garments, and for trousers and shorts for outdoor and indoor sports.

The company is also extending its Spacerknit fabric line for summer 2008, for jackets, vests and technical sweatshirts. The fabrics are said to be permanently water-repellent, wind-protective, highly breathable and extremely robust as a result of their dense knit construction.
