New director at Rohm and Haas

Philadelphia-based specialty materials manufacturer Rohm and Haas Company has named Andrew Sandifer as director, Investor Relations. He succeeds Gary O'Brien, who has been appointed chief financial officer for the company's newly- formed Specialty Materials Group.
