Podium completes acquisition of Erino Clothing

Apparel, media and publishing holding company in the lifestyle sports industry Podium Venture Group Inc., has completed a 100% acquisition of American surf apparel brand Erino Clothing. Podium initially intended to acquire only 75% of the company; however, by mutual agreement Erino has now become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Podium.
