Roger Williams, group president, Swimwear, at The Warnaco Group, Inc. has resigned, citing personal reasons. The company has initiated a search for a replacement. In the meantime, Sherry Waterson, president of Speedo, and Paula Schneider, president of Designer Swimwear, will report directly to Joe Gromek, Warnaco’s president and CEO.

Headquartered in New York, Warnaco designs and sells intimate apparel, menswear, jeanswear, swimwear, men's and women's sportswear and accessories under brands including Speedo, Cole of California, Chaps, Ocean Pacific, Nautica, and Calvin Klein.
