Quiksilver names new executive at Rossignol Apparel

Outdoor equipment, apparel and accessories company Quiksilver, Inc. has appointed outdoor apparel merchandising and design executive Jose Garcia to head its Rossignol softgoods business for the Americas. He will be based at the company’s new Mountain Center headquarters in Utah, USA.

Mr Garcia joins Rossignol from Columbia Sportswear Company where he most recently worked as outerwear merchandise manager. Prior to this he held a variety of posts within the company’s snowboard brand ‘Convert’, including brand manager, merchandise and design manager and senior designer.
