BASF recognised for corporate social responsibility

German chemicals company BASF AG has been named as the number one company in the Good Company Ranking at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. The award honours companies that have succeeded in combining a high standard of human relations with environmental and social commitment.

BASF has also been included in the Global 100 list by the New York research house Innovest for the second year in succession.

The Good Company Ranking is a joint project run by Manager Magazin, audit company Deloitte and consultancy Kirchhoff Consult, which independently assess the 120 largest companies in Europe.
