Gruppo Tessile Abati elects new board director

Italian textile company Gruppo Tessile Abati has elected Ezio Mazzoleni to the board of directors of Abafil/Tecnofilati.

Mr Mazzoleni, who worked for Cotonificio di Lombardia and Noyfil Gruppo Radici, was technical director at Gruppo Mario Boselli for 21 years.

Gruppo Tessile Abati has operated in the international textile market for more than 30 years. It runs four companies in Italy (Abafil Srl, Tecnofilati Srl, Indas Srl and Zoetex Srl) as well as one in Romania (Daurette) and has an annual turnover of approximately €90 million. It is involved in the research, production and marketing of specialised and technical yarns.
