US-based performance eyewear company Wiley X Eyewear recently launched its new P-17 eyewear collection for outdoor activities such as snowboarding, hiking, camping and sailing.

The frames, made from ANSI-certified, lightweight Triloid nylon, are said to offer added comfort and protection whilst the wrap-around style frame prevents light from entering from the sides of the eyewear. The eight-layer impact lenses, which provide 100% UVA and UVB protection, are treated with a scratch-resistant hardcoat and are said to be shatterproof.
