Eleksen presents new smart fabric solutions

At this year’s annual European event covering 2G and 3G technologies, the 3GSM World Congress in Barcelona, February 12-15, inventor and manufacturer of ElekTex smart fabric touchpads for consumer electronics, Eleksen Group plc, presented its new products and solutions combining a range of technologies including Bluetooth, USB and wearable LCD display solutions with ElekTex smart fabric touchpads.

The company showcased a range of ready-to-integrate solutions and wearable touchpad designs which can be integrated into apparel and soft-goods and accessories such as bags, briefcases and backpacks. These included the company’s five-button Bluetooth mobile phone and iPod remote; its five-button ElekTex touchpads and controllers for iPod, SonyEricsson Walkman phones and volume controllers for any audio device; and its Advanced iPod controls with embedded LEDs.
