Massachusetts-based provider of silver-based antimicrobial solutions AgION Technologies has appointed Paul Boyer as chief financial officer. Mr Boyer has more than 20 years management experience.

Prior to joining the company, he served as CFO and vice president, New Market Development at Solicore, Inc., a lithium polymer battery technology manufacturer. He has also held senior management roles at Britesmile, Dynatec and Mrs. Fields.
