New report studies women’s and girls’ apparel industry

A new report released by Dublin-based research company Research and Markets titled ‘2007 Worldwide Women’s & Girls’ Apparel Manufacturing Industry Report’.

It features 2007 current and 2008 forecast estimates on the size of the industry (sales, establishments, employment) for the world’s 47 largest countries. The report also includes industry definitions, five-year historical trends on industry sales, establishments and employment, and estimates on sub-industries including trousers, jeans, dresses, blouses and accessories.
