California-based apparel company Tag-It Pacific, Inc. has opened its second international office for its Talon zipper brand in China in less than four months.

With apparel production up 38% in China in the past year, Talon’s new Shanghai facility will provide the company with better access to its branded apparel customer base to enable it to offer faster delivery of zip and trim items. The company expects to add several further locations throughout Asia, the Middle East and Europe this year.
