American apparel, swimwear and outdoor gear company Innovative Designs, Inc. has received a number of orders and reorders for its Arctic Armor suit and gloves from companies in the oil and gas Industry, particularly from companies that have operations in the harsh environments of Alaska and Alberta.

Arctic Armor features Insultex, said to be the thinnest, lightest and warmest insulator available.

Safety advisor for natural resources developer CGGVeritas, Larry Wheaton, commented, "The Arctic Armor suit has proven to be overwhelmingly warm, super light and stylish, while withstanding the harsh wear and tear environment experienced in northern Alberta.”
