Management change at Lanxess

German chemical company Lanxess has appointed Luis López-Remón as head of its rubber chemicals business, effective March 1. He previously served as head of the Textile Processing Chemicals business unit, which the company divested at the end of 2006.
Mr López-Remón will succeed Rainer van Roessel, who was appointed to the company’s management board on January 1. Dr van Roessel will continue to hold the positions of managing director of Lanxess N.V. and country representative for
