Higher revenues at Phillips-Van Heusen

US-based apparel and footwear company Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation has reported fourth quarter net income of $26.8 million, boosted by higher sales in its Calvin Klein men’s sportswear line. Total revenues for the fourth quarter increased 21% to $557 million from $460.1 million in the prior year.
For the full year, net income was $155.2 million compared with $111.7 million in 2005. Total annual revenues increased 10% to $2,090.6 million from $1,908.8 million in 2005.
Total revenues for 2007 are expected to be approximately $2.4 billion, around 15% higher than in 2006.
