Eschler supplies Luna Rossa team

Swiss knit fabrics specialist Christian Eschler AG, which first supplied performance clothing to the Luna Rossa Challenge Italian sailing team in 1999, will continue to provide the crew with apparel for the Louis Vuitton Cup. The company will supply specially laminated jackets, as have been worn by the team in previous competitions, and Eschler has also produced new fast-drying, anti-bacterial and comfortable mesh fabrics for t-shirts, which can be used both as a base layer and as a single outwear layer. The fabric is designed to draw moisture away from the skin to the surface to prevent discomfort.
