US clothing, footwear and swimwear retailer American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. has nominated Cary McMillan to the company’s board of directors. The election will take place at the company’s stockholders meeting on June 12. Upon election, he will take the seat of retiring board member Larry Wolf who has served as a director since May 2003.
