Wizard Srl, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rome-based Andrea Donà dalle Rose plans to increase its stake in Italian textile manufacturer Marzotto by 43.4%, with the ultimate intention of a total takeover.

The Marzotto Group has been in operation for over 160 years and produces both yarns and fabrics.
