Florida-based sports medicine and protective sports apparel company Zensah has introduced the One-Sleeve Basketball Compression Shirt, which is said to offer help to players who have dislocated a shoulder or who need increased circulation and warmth to a specific arm while maintaining a maximum range of motion in the other arm. The sleeve keeps the arm warm so that it does not stiffen up and enables the athlete to wear a combined shirt and sleeve in one single piece.

The shirt is made from Zensah Fabric, a blend of anti-bacterial and moisture wicking yarns.
