Branded apparel company VF Corporation has appointed Giorgio Presca as president - VF Jeanswear International. He will be based in Bornem, Belgium, and will report to Karl Heinz Salzburger, president EMEA and Asia.

He replaces Aidan O'Meara, who has been appointed president - VF Asia Pacific, a newly-created position.

With more than 17 years experience in the apparel industry, Mr Presca joins the company from Diesel, where he most recently served as general manager of its casualwear brand. He also served as brand director, EMEA, for Levi Strauss & Co. and marketing director for Benetton Sportsystem.
