Colorado-based ski brand Spyder Active Sports, Inc. has signed a licensing agreement with Catchlight Fashions, Inc. for the design, manufacture, sale and distribution of its new Spyder-branded shoes and boots.

The footwear is designed for pre- and post-skiing activities and includes waterproof materials, sealed seams, Thinsulate insulation, double-layer midsole cushioning and outsoles with anti-freeze, anti-slip and snow-release properties.

The range will be available in North America by autumn 2007.
