US-based provider of colour standards for the design industries Pantone, Inc. is to implement colour technology company Datacolor’s Conditioner at its Carlstadt, New Jersey, facility.

It will be used to support the conditioning of textile samples for colour, helping to keep samples consistent by conditioning them at fixed temperature and humidity prior to measurement.

Features include compact size, a glass inner-door to make it easier to see samples inside without affecting conditioning, fast sample conditioning (five to ten minutes), high temperature precision to within 0.5 °C, fast recovery time after opening the door (less than four minutes), simple installation, with a humidity system using tap water, and on-site support from Datacolor engineers.
