Outdoor apparel and equipment company The North Face has appointed Andrew Barker as country manager for The North Face UK & Ireland, effective immediately. He replaces Kevin Charles who has been appointed as Vans EMEA sales director and will be based at the company’s Lugano headquarters in Switzerland.

Prior to this appointment Mr Barker was UK sales manager, a position he has held since November 2006. This role will now be filled by Jason Robinson.
