Sweden-based ski and golf wear designer Peak Performance has appointed new members of staff as part of its plan to reorganise its international sales and marketing department, which began in 2005. The restructuring progress is designed to increase the company’s presence beyond the Nordic region.

Jörgen Weiss will be in charge of European sales as of July 17. He previously worked for Helly Hansen, where he was European sales director, and prior to this he worked for Nike Europe. Mr Weiss will be based in Munich, and will focus on Central and Southern Europe. Tobias Andreasson, sales manager Sweden, will be responsible for sales in the Nordic region.

As of May 7, Joakim Gip will take over as marketing director. He joins the company from the Stockholm Design Lab and has worked for Vizeum AB, H&M and Ikea, both in Sweden and internationally.

Ann Larsson has been appointed CFO and will take up her new position on June 11.
