The stockholders of RFID and labelling supplier Paxar Corporation have approved the company’s merger with Avery Dennison Corporation and Alpha Acquisition Corp.—a wholly-owned subsidiary of Avery Dennison.

Having received stockholder approval, and fulfilled all other conditions related to the deal, the parties have consummated the merger of Alpha Acquisition with, and into, Paxar.
