In view of French luxury goods group PPR’s pending acquisition of German sportswear brand Puma AG, François-Henri Pinault chairman and CEO of PPR has been appointed chairman of Puma's supervisory board, effective June 16. Thore Ohlsson will remain deputy chairman.
