US-based specialty sportswear and accessories retailer Eddie Bauer Holdings, Inc. has appointed Neil Fiske as president and chief executive officer, effective July 9. Mr Fiske, who will also be appointed to the board of directors, succeeds Howard Gross, who was appointed interim CEO in February.

With more than 18 years experience in the retail and related industries, Mr Fiske most recently served as chief executive officer of the Bath and Body Works, a division of Limited Brands.
