Switzerland-based knitwear manufacturer Christian Eschler AG is launching a new line made of renewable resources and recyclable polyester yarns using Unifi’s recycled Repreve polyester yarns and DuPont’s Sorona.

Commenting on the new line, Philip Schär, general sales and marketing manager, said, "Our line—manufactured from recycled polyester yarns and from yarns based on renewable resources—has been kept deliberately small, but we see great future potential for this line, which is to be extended over the next few months. This will happen in close collaboration with our key customers, who are replacing their conventional Eschler materials with eco-friendly versions.”
