In a move to improve the efficiency of its operations, Finland-based sports equipment company Amer Sports Corporation is reorganising its business structure, effective September 1.

The reorganisation will create a new winter and outdoor business unit under the leadership of Kari Kauniskangas, which will encompass the company’s Salomon, Atomic, Mavic, Arc'teryx and Bonfire brands. Suunto, Wilson and Precor will continue to operate as distinct units.
