Impact absorbing footwear from Hi-Tec

London-based sports equipment producer Wigmore Sports is supporting the launch of
Research carried out by biomechanical expert Quintic Consultancy, which includes pressure mapping and high-speed video analysis, revealed that squash and badminton players are exposed to significant impact forces of up to six times their bodyweight. In response, Hi-Tec claims to have incorporated up to 38% more effective heel impact absorption, 34% reduction in force when a shot is played, improved stability and six times better grip in its new range compared with other brands.
