CY Oriental Holdings Ltd., a Canadian incorporated, China-based apparel manufacturer, has appointed Clarence Kwong as chief financial officer.

A chartered accountant, Mr Kwong has more than 31 years experience, including roles with international accounting firms and with publicly listed companies in North America and Asia.

CY owns and operates a manufacturing facility in Shanghai, China, and is readying its newly constructed facility in the city of Tengzhou, China, for commencing production. The company's products include woven casual wear, woven formal wear, denim and knit junior sportswear.
