The number of companies attending BIFF&BIL 2007—the Bangkok International Fashion Fair & Bangkok International Leather Fair—which will take place on August 22-26, will be 19.5% higher than at last year’s event. 540 domestic and overseas producers and service providers will present their products at the fair, including 56 exhibitors from Vietnam, Cambodia, Burma, Laos, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, India, Hong Kong, the Philippines and the People’s Republic of China. Exceeding the organisers’ expectations, 382 domestic fashion goods producers and 102 leather exhibitors will also showcase their latest collections.

At least 30,000 visitors from around 60 countries are expected to attend the event.
