International Apparel Group, Inc. (IAG), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Total Luxury Group, Inc., has signed an exclusive licensing agreement for the Pony label for all men's and young men's apparel products, covering the USA, Canada and Puerto Rico.

Under the agreement, IAG will develop activewear and lifestyle apparel products featuring the Pony name and chevron logo, as well as a line of vintage Pony apparel products.
